At Ornamental Store, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping options and timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review our policies below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to their living nature, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or dead:

  • Perennial Plants
  • Topiary Plants

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide detailed instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Keep the tracking number for your records.
  5. Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Ornamental Store.
