Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain products are non-returnable due to their nature:
- Perennial Plants: Due to their living nature, perennial plants cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or dead.
- Topiary Plants: Similar to perennial plants, topiary plants are living and cannot be returned unless they are damaged upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return address and any necessary forms.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.
- Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Ornamental Store.
